For Him, For Me

Beside the rock garden

I think of him

Always, always, as I touch pillows

And yearn after mountain peaks

Like the bonsai ranges

He once seemed just there to me

But they are mountains, truly

Dwarfing and displacing pebbles

I miss him and I have him

In my dreams

  1. This was sad. I am not sure about my interpretation (I suck at poetry) but I like how you connect the trees and mountains as a connection to him but they are also obstacles. Very well written. Also love your new theme and that blog header is quite sharp. 🙂

    1. I guess I was feeling a little sad when writing it! Can’t take credit for the header though, its Cowboy Bebop 😉 Thank you so much for reading and commenting
